Ver-Bindung (Connection)

In a therapeutic context - you can share a specific topic with the group which will then be explored with together.

Through dance you give an expression to your inner experience. In other words, what you feel in that moment is allowed to move freely within you and through you.

Through dance and verbalizing your experience, you give an expression to your inner experience and thus also to your physical experience.

While moving you will also repeatedly get into contact with other group members and learn what it means to encounter others authentically.
