Hello, here you can find out more about me and my path leading me to dance therapy and yoga.
I am Eva, a dance therapist, dancer and Kundalini yoga teacher.
Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Even in my early childhood, dance was a way for me to express my inner experiences.
For me, dance is the connection between body, mind, and soul. Dance strengthens my body awareness, my presence, and my self-confidence.
I can switch off my mind, set my feelings in motion, and feel myself and my whole self better.
My therapeutic work is affected by:
- years of experience as a dancer, working with people from different cultures,
- yoga, which brings me closer to the spiritual world and allows me to feel a union of mind and body,
- encounters with people in various group dynamics as well as in individual work, which continuously develop my therapeutic know-how.
I bring all of this with me and am happy to accompany you on that particular part of your healing journey.
Dance as a physical experience
From the very beginning, dance has been my constant companion.
It was a space for me to express my feelings.
Because somehow I always felt different from the others in my family and environment.
In dance, this difference found its place.
Later on, however, I realized that something was blocking me from fully expressing myself in dance as well. My teacher at the time said, "I see that you don't believe in your dancing," which brought me to tears, because dance at that time defined my profession and therefore my entire life.
All that hard work, the constant self-optimization, and everything else was for nothing. So it seemed...
"Why don't you believe in yourself?"
This question occupied me for most of my life.
My path to dance therapy

From dance to self-discovery
With the therapeutic guidance of a body therapist, I met my internal blockages and their connections to my life story. For the first time I was able to feel them, perceive them and then gradually resolve them.
And that's exactly the experience I want to share with you now.
An experience that, thanks to the physical sensation, can be stored in all your body cells and will remind you at certain moments of your life.
Our bodies store both painful and healing experiences.
This new experience requires courage, confidence, and also curiosity.
Are you interested in getting to know yourself and your whole self in a new way?
To fully experience yourself and to have a new impact on life?
Then don't hesitate any longer and get in touch with me.
